Continuous improvement over previous version, considering how nice this one is, I can't believe I'm the first vote for this build...but, I'm always surprised at how little attention the F-4 gets on this site. Youngsters, no memory of the Phabulous Phantom. I would, however, encourage you to "color-fy" this build with one of the more colorful paint schemes to help it pop.
Completely disagree that detailed creations make beginner creations look like junk; rather, junk creations look like junk. I specifically look for correct shape, flying performance, specific cues that make the build look like the real thing (for replicas), or something that gives the build a cool or notable factor. This often doesn't take many parts, but often takes imagination, work and effort. My builds are basically fleshed out within 50 parts or so, if that aspect isn't correct the build won't be good. I upvote plenty of <100 part creations from new users--check out this post, because the design just "works".
Plenty examples of great builds from newer users which aren't that "detailed", but get it right, such as @Fw190D's (1,300 pts) FRH-212B Navy (120 parts), @Dredderer's (330 pts) F-35 VTOL (88 parts), @FIKRI's (2,100 pts) Il-28 (80 parts), @GhostHTX's (270 pts) F-4 (75 parts). Each of these show a bit of thought, effort and care, which even experienced, "detailed" builders appreciate, highlight and upvote. What doesn't cut it are builders who slap guns onto stock airplanes, recolor them and pass them off as something worth upvoting.
I and other users will never, ever be "less detailed" because someone thinks we should be...I simply keep building and adding until I get it right or I'm done, not because I want to bury newer users.
You've been absent awhile, welcome back! Fantastic work on this one, not only looks great, you gave great attention to flying qualities, something most builders miss.
The RAF unit markings are a nice touch. Though cool, not sure if the real thing would have had the huge, honkin' missiles firing from perches placed precariously over the fuselage and taking flight right over the cockpit, but it would have been a sight for the pilot to see!
BTW, how did you bury the engines in iOS, did you clip the engine to one side the rear fuse to the other and then mirror both parts? I found that iOS was holding back some of my builds, doable, but almost impossible to bury engines was just one issue...
@Pilotmario ok...my sympathy is this: When you rebuild it, your project might be better for losing your progress. When this happens to me, I'm like you, lamenting the loss. Then, I find that more often than not, I can redo what I lost better than I did before because I carried over the lessons from my first attempt. Persevere, finish your project and tag me when you're done.
Uh...no...plus the upvote system is totally a user-based system. The only way the devs can influence that is to feature a build, so the system is free of influence. The only audience who votes are other users who've been through what you are experiencing right now, the frustration of having your creations failing to generate upvotes and points. We've all been through it, so don't let it bug you too much, points will come in time...
The tail (horizontal stab) appears to be too small, increasing its size, and that of the elevator, would help get the nose up on takeoff at lower speeds. Also, flaps don't work the same way in SP as they work in real life...they don't really cause a lift increase, but they do cause a pitch change, often nose down. But...yeah...I would try and make the horizontal stab larger because it definitely looks too small. Hope that works because it's a really nice looking build so far.

Beautiful!
@sireier TY!
Nah, not at all ugly, looks a lot like a Sea Vixen.
Love the louvers, very cool.
Bravo! Belle réplique!
Now following!
Very nice.
@corsair013, @MechWARRIOR57, @Kerbango...in total agreement with you!
@Tully2001, @AgDynamics, @TheLatentImage agree!

Nice replica...folding wings, too!
Nice.

@Sunnyskies, you need to check this one out!
Nice build, spotlighted!...I would have put the insignia with the point up (forward) 😀

Very fluid, I like it.
How about a boom tanker?
I like it.
@GhostHTX was built before SP had trim for control surfaces, so I had to do something to make it trimmable!
My version, also iOS: ChiChiWerx's F-4, many of same concepts to build this one.

Looks great. You can edit your posts by selecting "Edit" on the little downward pointing arrow which opens up a dropdown menu.
Cool and interesting project, I've never seen a DXXIII on this site before...

Too bad this was run and closed a long time ago, but you should see this: A-4P
You are criminally underrated, my friend! I also visited your site, many nice builds there.

You only lost 1 1/2 hours of progress? That's really not that much, wait until you lose 1 1/2 days of a build...!

Nice...
Wonder if it would land better if it had custom gear...no pressure 😁
@AaltonenIndustries you didn't delete your SHCow account, did you?
@XxcreedexX yeah...sorry, I know I've upvoted a few of your builds, so you're definitely a quality player
@Kt1578 thanks! I just haven't been building at a rate to get my points up there beyond gold.
@Kt1578 agree; your A-10 is very nice as well! Sorry for missing it the first time!
@Verterium he has fewer points than I do, but yeah, agreed

Wow, superb, will have to try it out on my PC, though.
Well, at least it looks really good, just like an An-2 should!
Well, if it was a real car, I would want one!
@Tully2001, thanks! Also, don't know if you saw this one, similar idea, also some very pleasing lines...FRH-212B Navy
I tried to Spotlight this one, but I reached my max number of Spotlights for the day!
Nice cross between an F-35 and an F-18, wish I could Spotlight, but am at my Spotlight max for the day!
I really like the shape of this one...
