It reminds me of an F-14, but no swing wings...I assume this will be an original creation? I also really like the orange markings, how did you do that?
Yes, all my work is downsized probably to 2/3 scale as I'm a bit restricted by the size of certain parts (engines primarily), but I think that's not very noticeable, only by eagle-eyed observers such as yourself!
How did you learn to XML mod? I've been looking for a good source that will step by step through it, but can't seem to find a good one...nice Decathalon, very realistic!
There are ways, but pretty difficult to even hit the landing zone. I do have a few airplanes that can land on a carrier, but they have to be really light (can't fly a long time) or have props which are set up with reverse pitch (VTOL slider) in the part sub-menu. Plus, a good deal of skill (or a good deal of luck) is involved as you need to hit the boat right at the end of the landing zone after a minimum speed approach.
Strange, I do not have that problem. I wonder why this would happen and I wonder if anyone else has had this problem...plus I would really like to see your paint scheme.
This is pretty cool. How did you do the transparent canopy over the cockpit block? Usually, when I try and put fuselage pieces over a cockpit, I can't see through it!
@deusalgor special request: my B-47 needs x3 J15 engines, the x2 isn't quite powerful enough and the x5 is too much. I'll give credit when I post the build.
@XxGAMExZERTERxX thank you for the upvote of approval; yes, I wanted it to be mobile compatible so that I could just play it on my phone whenever I had a spare moment, so I'm glad you like it.
@Johndfg awesome, I appreciate it. I'll try and keep them coming, I sometimes take a few days up to a couple of weeks to finish projects but I like to make sure they look right and fly great!
@Johndfg thanks! Agreed, the paint, but that's how the real ones are painted. Guess I'll have to pick more colorful subjects! Maybe I'll convert this one to Strike Eagle...
@EternalDarkness and @Liquidfox, good feedback. I was going for realism with the paint job, but you're right, it doesn't really pop out of the page, does it? The problem with military jets, many are grey or silver...
Don't know if you'll see this, but hopefully one of you all can help:
Can one of the developers answer the following questions for an English project we're doing on games? Questions are as follows:
1.What is your name?
2.If you work for someone, who is it, and what do you do for them? If not, what do you do for yourself
3.How did you become a game developer?
4.Is game developing your full time job, or do you do something else?
5.Do you have a college degree, and what is it for?
6.What is the thing you enjoy the most about game developing?
7.What is the thing you dislike the most about game developing?
8.Are you working on any game developing related software? If so, what is it?
9.If you could, what do you think you would change about the gaming industry as a whole?
10.What is your favorite video game to play?
Good tip, thanks!
@TimothyWong so do you post your unfinished projects to the site, then move them to your PC, or do you somehow email the aircraft files?
Recommend making the nose radome a little bigger as it was before and where's the gun..? Can't find it in the pics...

Excellent...have not flown it yet, but it looks fantastic!
Boy, I wish I could figure out XML modding, how did you learn?

Nice! Where's the cockpit and how did you build the nose section?
Strange, I do not have that problem. I wonder why this would happen and I wonder if anyone else has had this problem...plus I would really like to see your paint scheme.
Cool! Good luck!
@PlanesOfOld I might have accidentally done it, but not sure. Can you tell me how it's done?
This is pretty cool. How did you do the transparent canopy over the cockpit block? Usually, when I try and put fuselage pieces over a cockpit, I can't see through it!
@Liquidfox thanks! My dad used to fly these. He loved the fighter-style canopy and high performance. Said it was his favorite jet in the AF.
@Brields95, thanks!
@StudentAV8R and @General360, thanks gents. I hope more take a look at this one, it's my magnum opus so far on this site!
Very creative with the re-sizeable wheels...I'm inspired to try a few fixed gear planes now!
This thing is art--did you use any modded parts or is it pure stock?
@deusalgor special request: my B-47 needs x3 J15 engines, the x2 isn't quite powerful enough and the x5 is too much. I'll give credit when I post the build.
Found it! Thanks

Holy cow, this thing is spectacular!
@aerodummy put a little bit of positive G when you launch the the Guardians to ensure good separation from the jet
@Supercraft888 have at it, that sounds awesome!

What do the updates include and how do I get the update to take (iOS)???
@Rohan FL is Flight Level...means hundreds of feet, so FL 250 is 25,000 ft and FL 300 is 30,000 ft
@Rohan have at it, add some markings! Thanks for the upvote!
@WeeBabySeamus awesome, thanks, appreciate the tweaks
@WeeBabySeamus wow! I'm floored, thanks!
@Johndfg thanks! Agreed, the paint, but that's how the real ones are painted. Guess I'll have to pick more colorful subjects! Maybe I'll convert this one to Strike Eagle...

@djbanana , thanks!
@EternalDarkness, thanks! I was getting a bit frustrated that NO ONE had seen this one, I must admit...
@AndrewGarrison Thank you for your help with the project. We appreciate your time on this and I'm sure everyone on the site will enjoy the interview!
@Yottabyte1024 @bspboy haha. I'm serious, though.
@NathanMikeska same request, just need one interview for project not an interview with every developer, hopefully we can get at least one, thanks!
@KevinMurphy same request, see above, hopefully one of the developers can help, thanks in advance!
@AndrewGarrison see above, thanks in advance.
@PhillipTarpley looking for an interview for a school English project here...see above, thanks in advance!
@Johndfg thanks!

@Johndfg, how do I do that?
How?
Anyone?
@Jolteon, thanks, it was a pretty fun project, a return to fictional aircraft and inspired by the F-82 Twin Mustang.
Beautiful, nice work!
BTW, somebody slapped some guns on your plane and changed the colors and reposted it 😡
