Although this is WEIRD (VERY WEIRD) and do not produce much power (I would rather put one at front and one at back, like Do-335 frame plane). But I will try and slap it onto a plane of mine, and give it a 5-blade rotor.
@MethaManAircraft I fixed THIS ONE using some propellers from @visify as I just cannot make it better on a 4-blade propeller design. You should absolutely check it out. Also, I will be uploading this Do 335 as soon as possible. What should it be called?
The RPM is limited simply by prosessing power as well as performance issues. Therefore it is hard to crank up the RPM on a low-end device, like a iPad Air 2, but as the amount of torque is unlimited, there is unlimited solution.
A tip for piston-engine builders: They have a INFINITY amount of torque, and that means you can fit it with a HUGE fan-like, a HUGE one. They are also slow engines-slow but powerful. So if you can make a gearbox for smaller rotors...sure. If not, stick to the big stuff. Remember: They have INFINITE amount of torque, but FINITE rpm.
I am interested if you can upload some BETA builds-I am out of uploads today, so do not expect me to upload anything after 12hours. What that means is I AM BORED-need something to tweak with.
One thing. I kinda want to tweak with the size and shape of the blades on propellers with a higher number of fans(ex: 6-blade-fan)-I think the blade can be even more thick and bigger for the TA-154 NON-turbo version as that spins 100% much slower. Any ideas?
@MethaManAircraft I also improved the frame so the drag point reduced from a staggering 25339 to a impressive 18223, which make it have a speed while on 80% throttle a staggering 212,mph. As soon as the system let me upload planes, it will be on there. 212 mph? Can't wait!
The TA-154 which is also tweaked by me (piston speed: 100% instead of 200, meaning half the fan rotation speed) completed the same track in just 8:06. The turbo version (200% piston speed-HEY, YOU GUYS GET IT TO 200%) hits OVER 200 on TAKE OFF, however it will explode when throttle hit 100, so it is still NOT the ultimate max speed of its. But 212mph? WOW.
This one worked fine on my iPad. I guess it is the number of pistons as well as their density. I can still bring tweaking to this one, but yeah. This one is better than the second one....until I tweaked its rotors.
Oh you DO want me to upload it. I mean, I kinds want to "show off" my TWEAKING skills, but I need a frame sturdy enough to withstand the earth-shaking vibration these make.
@MethaManAircraft I have improved your plane to hit 200mph. Would you mind if I upload it? Just do not want to copy other's idea but cannot build anything more sturdier than your frame.
I mean, for the ground-shaking stability(vibration) nothing will do unless it is a HUGE Bi-plane. Then if that is solved, consistency. Then if that is solved, the Torque issue. Then if that is solved, the rpm issue. And if you manage to do that, boom. This will be REPLICA.
I have modified a plane from ground up. This one also have a "dead spot where the fan is unpowered and led to possible reverse in direction-more pains taken in a 4 piston one.
So I downloaded this plane and I first realized that throttle is not such a good idea on this since a throttle greater than 85 on my device will shatter the engines. So I turn and worked on the blades. I now manage to hit 200 mph with maximum (80%) throttle. The only downside is that it sometimes turn the wrong way and the engine need to be restarted and that it generate a lot of vibration. I was looking for a was to lower the vibration so it can be used on other vehicles. But yeah, use no fuel. Good job.
XD
INVENTED the OSCILLATING ENGINE. Uploads as soon as possible.
@Visify @MethaManAircraft I have created THE OSCILLATING PISTON ENGINE! Until I upload(as soon as possible), NO COMING UP WITH ANYTHING NEW, okay?
Based on this, I have created THE OSCILLATING ENGINE! I will upload as soon as possible. Holy...I am shivering with excitement.
Although this is WEIRD (VERY WEIRD) and do not produce much power (I would rather put one at front and one at back, like Do-335 frame plane). But I will try and slap it onto a plane of mine, and give it a 5-blade rotor.
U must start IN THE AIR.......Hmmm....
It rotates even SLOWER buy flyes even FASTER. Thanks for all that, @Visify !

You should change the fuselage on the escape plane to something more useful-a jet engine?
Works like a charm! Love it. Good job. Definiely upvote. Thanks.
I would be snapping one of these onto the TA-154 TURBO edition!
I must be CRAZY to pull it onto the court of OCEANVIEW SPEEDWAY. Less than 7 min!
@Visify How do you think about it?
Anyway I uploaded my TA-154 TURBO edition. Check it out.
On yeah I figured.
@MethaManAircraft I also improved the frame so the drag point reduced from a staggering 25339 to a impressive 18223, which make it have a speed while on 80% throttle a staggering 212,mph. As soon as the system let me upload planes, it will be on there. 212 mph? Can't wait!
The system is still banning me from uploading, but I can't wait to hare it to you guys! as soon as possible~

I DID IT! With great pain, the OCEANVIEW SPEEDWAY. I beat it with this plane with no missing loops. Costed me 21:35
Wonderful.
It just do not move at all! Not even going on the ground-maybe missing a rear landing gear?
Couldn't wait!
Cool. Thought you guys will be shouting over some COPYRIGHT problems...
It looks fun, but since I never get your prop. off the ground, no.
Yep. I do not experience torque issues, though I never managed to life off the ground for even one feet.

@Visify I have to wait for tomorrow. Uploaded too many planes. Oh, spoiler aleart. This is essentially a modification on the frame-plane Ta-54.

rotary piston engine??? Wow, that sounds WONDERFUL. Like the star engine they put on antique fighter planes?
And the stability, because for now, the stability only allow me to create a bi-plane. If somehow I managed it, that would be good news to me.
I am just somehow interested in the stability of the engine...my piston plane literally is tearing itself apart
Generation 2?
This is so nonsense.
Modded? Not much useful.
I do not like the "clunk" every time the engine finishes a round. Why would that happen?
Is it what it was supposed to do?
But yeah, good job. I will probably put it into one of the current planes of mine-extra stable.
I have modified a plane from ground up. This one also have a "dead spot where the fan is unpowered and led to possible reverse in direction-more pains taken in a 4 piston one.
I leave no comment.....
HOWEVR, I DO reach 200mph on a piston-powered-plane. Want to see? It is not by me but I improved it so it reaches 200mph
Who made the engine? I'd like to thank him for that.
