In fact, the issue that the researchers found with that type of wing design, is that it needs to be very strong to support high speeds, otherwise it collapses, like your case. But your design was pretty good, i did just "rebuild" it, and it is awesome....
It would be really nice, but with an Xperia L i cant do so much... that one lags a little bit, so with this i cant do something much more complicated...

If u dont wanna bounce you just must pull less the pitch at high speeds... it needs to have power for landing and low speed maneouvers...
