so a seaplane can count if it says in water. seaplanes are also referred to as flying boats, and you know what boats are, right?
@MIGFOXHOUND31BSM26 anyways, I have tried to make a handful of seaplanes before I made the bv-28S (a seaplane I haven't posted but that was the basis for the B-53) and its more advanced model the bv-40. every other seaplane I either had to ask for help or I gave up working on it.

some guy (not mentioning the name) kept begging me and begging me for something. i told them no every time and they STILL kept asking. i snapped and screamed at them and threatened to block and report them. i also took down the build. they FINALLY stopped begging and now I'm just pissed.
