Dracon Defense Research & Development is a private military company that produces weapons, vehicles, aircrafts and equipments. They also recruit ex soldiers and police officers as part of their "Arms for hire" program. Yet to participate in any major wars but they do export equipments to others.
There are multiple conspiracy theories surrounding Dracon Defense and they ranges from using their spy network to intervene in government matters and sabotaging to possession of a crashed alien craft.

@Graingy i draw it in DWG app. It's for viewing and editing cad files on the go. Colored it in ibisPaintx after importing it as an image. And yeah, it's anti-aliased. So i can only change the color of the dragon to something that stands out more. I tried coloring the dragon, but the end result didn't sit well with me.

Is it pure colour or is it anti-aliased/blurred? If it's blurred then I don't know how you'd fix that. If not, MS paint, should it be available to you, should do the trick.
@Graingy i will try. It's the same image by the way. It was drawn in one app and coloured in another. Changing the color of the danger lizard to something that stands out more compared to the background should do the trick. I realized that a little late. So that means I have to edit the original one and color it again.

An improvement, Though I'd increase the contrast on the background of the roundel. It's hard to make out the danger lizard.
