The whole point of the build request tag is for people with less experience at the game; whom can't make well made designs request someone whom have a little to/or a lot of experience to help or make a better build for them. You simply can't tell a newbie to "build ur by yourself"; as he/she may not have the understanding of the game nor the experience to do so.
