2.I am the founder of Jundroo, LLC
3.I started by making terrible games back in high school and I loved it, so i went to college and got a degree in computer science. I couldn't find a game dev job when I got out, so I got a job at Boeing working on flight sims. Then the iPhone started getting big in 2009 and I made a few successful games so I was able to quit my job at Boeing and do game dev full time.
4.My primary role is a game programmer, but I also do marketing, community management, customer support, some art and sound, project management, and business related stuff.
5.Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
6.I love releasing new features and watching how players react to them.
7.I hate marketing! Also, the worst feeling as a game dev is when something goes awry during a release. When you find out there's some major bug and it's too late to do anything about it. Those are the moments that really suck.
8.I'm not working on any game dev software, but we use Unity and C# scripting for SimplePlanes.
9.I'm not a big fan of freemium games and that they've given the expectation that all games should just be free. Some games work well as freemium. Others don't. But too many players, especially on Google Play, just expect all games to be free.
10.I don't play games as much anymore now that I work constantly and have 3 kids, but when I do have a spare moment I'll play a quick round of CS:GO.
@Brields95 While the game is running, you can copy plane files from your AircraftDesigns folder from SmiplePlanes.Backup into the SimplePlanes folder. I'm glad things are working.
While running the game, go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Jundroo and rename the SimplePlanes folder to SimplePlanes.Backup. Then exit SimplePlanes and restart it.
I'm sorry if you didn't get the email, unfortunately it's too late now to do anything. In order to hopefully avoid this in the future, can you please send me your name and email that you signed up with? You can use the contact link in the bottom right so you're not posting your info on the public web.
It looks like it falls over on start, but the engine is scaled down and off to the right, but scaled parts maintain their original mass, so the CoM of this plane is way off to the side.
Are you using the newest version? If so you can filter the locations to just show the Custom ones. Any locations in there can be deleted. Any locations under the Default are the official ones.
Can you elaborate a little more on the hinge rotators? When does that happen, while in the designer or while flying? Can you provide a link to an upload showing the problem? Thanks!
Okay, I see. You are running the old version of the game. Try getting the update for SimplePlanes on Steam. Make sure you are running 1.4.0 (Main Menu -> About page) or better and it should work.
iOS beta is not out yet. I submitted to Apple late last night, and it can take two days or more for them to approve. I will let you know as soon as it's available. I'm also putting a post together about all of this.
The cockpit is where the game picks to mirror, so I would suggest putting the cockpit in the center and use a camera for the driver's seat.
Do you have any mods enabled? Can you send us your log file via pastebin? You can find it here:

@ChiChiWerx @Chevygmoney I think @Yottabyte1024's answer was good!
Well, I guess we might as well pack up and head home guys. We had a good run.
That's @Toscio56, and the Huey is here.
Yep, this would have been helpful. It is getting more difficult to manage.
@GriffithAir Okay, what is it?

@WhiteWing Sorry, I meant Steam. When the next version comes out on mobile in 1-2 weeks you can do it.
@Himynameiswalrus The system says you were notified. Make sure you check the spam folder.
@AceSquadIndustries @FrankieB final update should be out in 1-2 weeks.
When does it crash? Also, can you give a screenshot of the messed up menus?

@Mcllulen Take off from Wright Airport and fly straight. The USS Beast is there along with 2 destroyer ships.

This is a good way to get banned.
Very nice work. My dad flew hundreds of missions in the UH-1C in Vietnam nearly 50 years ago.
It's a good idea.
@TheBoeingEngineer In 1-2 weeks.
very nice work!
You can't crash. Your plane must still be undamaged when stopping in the Ice Base to get that location.
Can you elaborate a little more on the hinge rotators? When does that happen, while in the designer or while flying? Can you provide a link to an upload showing the problem? Thanks!
The car engine sound is the idle sound, so that's actually intentional. Can you link me a plane that rolls? The simpler the plane, the better.
We are working on it!
Thanks. This is a bug we've known about for a while, but it happens so irregularly we never wanted to invest the effort to fix it.

What do you have your Physics Quality set to on each device?
I would love to see a version of this with the new resizable wheels!
What device are you playing on?
@KillShot86 But I love Disney movies!
Thanks for the feedback. Are you playing on an iPad?
@AceSquadIndustries No beta for Kindle.
Hmm, I don't know. Maybe try clearing your Google Play cache? Also restart your device.
Congrats, @SpiritusRaptor! You've blown me away with your designs since the beginning and I'm so glad to see you break 100k.
@ThunderscreechEngineering Did you receive an email from Apple or TestFlight regarding the update?
Yep, the iOS beta should be out now.
@Tully2001 I don't know....I never tested those. The part scale is experimental, so use at your own risk!
@Upquark it's in addition to the other islands.

iOS beta has not been approved by Apple yet. We are waiting for them to respond. I will post about all of this soon.
@WalrusAircraft yep, we are working with EUCL3D and hope to have this functionality in the next update in around a month or so.
You probably have some locations from a previous version in there. Can you delete them?
Please post the link directly to your pastebin. When you click Create New Paste it should give you a unique link it. Send us that link.
As long as you aren't using your alt accounts to upvote your own stuff, I don't mind it.
Wow, you are really persistent. I wrote you on reddit. Respond to me on there.
@Brields95 Here's a link to pastebin. It's just an easy way to share log files, code, or anything you want to "paste".
You would be splitting your reputation between two different accounts.
