Apple does not allow such applications to modify games, reasons why is unknown by me. Now because of that, you cannot XML Mod. XML modding is going into the games FILES and editing things..
It would make sense to TAG the Devs.. They usually are coding and when they get on to update get notifications.. Or tag a mod and ask them to tell the Devs...

Second, you are new here, you would not understand nor have the experience that I do, about said topic. Third. My FRIEND tried to commit suicide, do you know how hard it is to not breakdown and fall into depression because of it?...
