This is an old post suggestion, before I understood iOS simply did'nt allow modifing of files. Plus, I have SimplePlanes on PC. And, we have better tools to work with, in-game.

I totally agree @Ahtzee. I hate apple to be honest when it comes to some games :( DAMN YOU APPLE, WE SHALL RISE AND TAKE OVER. WE.... ARE.... ummmm what are we.?...... ( 2 hours later [ in French accent] ) WE.... ARE...... XML WANTERS!!!! YAAAAAAAY!!! yeahhhh nope. Phew my fingers hurt 😭

Yeah it will never happen. Buy a $30 Kyocera hydro life from eBay and get SimplePlanes on it. You will have immense building opportunities as well as the fine tuner mod.

Wait Android has XML modding?
If jundroo put an in-build XML editor and support fast moding without exit the game......is that OK? though I am

I am on iOS too and I have though the exact same thing but I just never said anything about it but if you will do something I will support you 110%!! :)

It's impossible. Apple doesn't allow it.
BTW The reason why iOS people can't tamper with files is because it protects us against nasty glitches and viruses. I'd much rather be able to play SP without mods than not even having an iPad.
what i don't get is:
WHY CAN'T WE HAVE MODDING EVEN IF THE MODS ARE MADE BY THE DEVELOPERS CREATED THE GAME?
@TimothyWong Unless your running iOS 8.3 or under, or you're jail broken you can't.
@Engineeroftomorrow people made it clear Apple is s###. Can't do it. But Jundroo can work around it by enhancing the capabilities in-game. Such as option to open keyboard to set a custom number on part properties size. And we need nudging to clip parts through each other easier. Many things I do on iOS is a nightmare with the basic controls. :(
