Did you notice that you can now do majority of all that through Overload, which is in the game now?. #1 Is possible, check BogdanX's post where he states "the projectileLifetime (you can get flak effect, the projectile will explode in air at a determined altitude, based on lifetime and velocity)". #2 All of this can be set through Overload. This can help. #3 This is totally possible by making sure the first cannon to fire has the desired firing delay time, and all the other cannons to have a 0 second firing delay. #4 This is again possible through the Scale Tool in FineTuner that came with 1.9. #5 This is possible if the end of the gun barrel is close enough to the propeller. #6 Rocket speed and rocket amount is not available, but everything else can be changed through Overload. #7 Health is modifiable through Overload. #8 This has been requested for a veryvery long time. And yet we are still waiting...
Find the rotator and look at its XML properties. But to save you time, the rotator's InputController (example of the landing gear door) is set to the input of Activate1. In truth, this can be set to any of the 8 activation groups by changing the number with the one you want. The way the rotator works is that a deactivated AG group is treated as a "neutral setting", so when you activate it, the rotator moves to the end of the desired range, and when deactivated, it returns to the original starting point. @BigCheese
You can set them all to fire simultaneously by making sure that the first gun to fire has the reload time you want, and the rest to have a 0 second interval.
Even though this is my first time dealing with ships, I easily found out the problem. The forward bottom edge of turret No.2 strikes the rear of turret No.1 and the rotator continues to try and move, thus flipping the boat over. Overall, it is a wonderful design that certainly deserves some attention. Side note: I recommend making the boat a tad bit wider.
Edit: to solve the problem of it sliding while turning, you need a vertical stabilizer running diagonally down and out and running the entire length of the ship’s middle section. All warships have this to create a “pivot point” for the ship and to also prevent water flowing diagonally across the ships hull in a turn.
