but your right, a prop strike does not send planes to space, infact it might not even move the plane that much,unless its like a tiny cub or home built. with RC planes strikes just need a new motor, prop, or a new mount, so alot better than when a whole plane gets twisted from it like a car with a twisted frame.

I know what you mean about the bottem part, like how the Flite Test kits are. I just do that because its simpler for me to do and it works alright. the RC version was just a little to small for it to be a 4ch and its flys noting like it does in SP. if you want I could send better picture of it so you can look at it, its a pretty neato plane, its my first using that set of electronics. thanks (:
