911 is a good option if you feel strong urges of self harm. You can also call the hotline.
Listen to good music, This has helped me. I like synthesizer pop like “the safety dance” or “a little respect” they make me feel better.
I personally have delt with this, I know what you are going through. I know nothing I can say here will ever help you unless you want to be better. You have got to do something major to get help, you have got to trust in someone like a counselor and put all your faith into that as it’s the only thing you can do.

for the HO229 I would give it rudders but hide them inside the plane, so they are there but you cant see them, try to avoid the gyroscope
