In the designer, open the .enu and press "Share Aircraft" . Press "account" tab, sign up with the username, email and pass word you use on this site, then enter airplane name and description. Then take screenshots of the plane using "take" button and press " share". Wait for upvotes (if you worked hard, you will get some. Howewer, first planes get no more then 0-6 upvotes usually.
You can pain a single certain part. Select a colour and cick on da part. There is also a button with "Target" label. If it set to "all", all your part will be painted in selected colour. If it's"primary", the biggest part of the part (for example, engine body) will be painted. If it is set to Trim(1-3) a smaller part of the part will be painted.(for example, engine nozzle or stripes on it's side
Painting is not very hard. Click the paint button (the one above the rotate button) . There will be a menu on top. Click the ">" arrow to navigate tgrough default paint schemes.
If they do not fit your plane, then just select "custom" scheme. There, tap any colour tile and a colour ajustment menu will appear. Here you can change tile colour and paint style. Each tile is binded to certain part - or part of a part. For example, the first tile is the colour of fuselage parts, tge second- colour of the wings, the third - control surface colour.
