This game is really old, and its not like updates are a guarantee. Maybe Jundroo will make an SP2, maybe they won't we'll see. The game's only been updated once since I started playing, and it doesn't really bother me.
The developers of this game seem to be done with it. I really love the idea of another giant update, but in truth, what is their motive for going through with it? From a money perspective, it doesn't make sense to pour 200 man-hours into something that is just going to add to an existing product. Maybe a huge update could allow them to rebrand and increase their sales, but pushing that aside there is not really a logical reason for them to release another one. Doing it "for the fans" is all well and good, and back in the day Jundroo seemed game to do that kind of thing, but these days the company can't afford to continue giving out free content that does not benefit them. The devs are to my knowledge all working full time at Jundroo, and another update to SimplePlanes is not going to put food on the table or buy their kids' christmas presents. Maybe one day SP will see a big update, but for now it's probably best to see what else they can make.
2 things:
1. SimplePlanes costs money. Playing SimplePlanes for free is illegal, and is pretty much robbing the developers. My advice for someone like you is ask your parents if they'll buy you the game in exchange for x amount of chores. You might be surprised at how well that works. For an adult with a job, $7 is really not that much money.
2. Idk if I would give away the account. If it's somebody you personally know that's one thing, but while this community is generally pretty nice, you never know if they're going to use it to evade a ban in the future, harrass someone, or post content that you aren't okay with.
@MobileBuilder21 yeah I will say capturing the aircraft at weirder angles can be hit or miss, it's possible for everything to look great except the angle is absolute trash. That said, glad you're satisfied with the majority of them, looking forward to seeing the plane posted!
@DatTrainGuy19 just a picture of the upvotes section.
I get that you a lot of times can't see images, I mainly use postimage because of the convenience of the app on Windows. Anything actually important will go on IMGBB.
@MobileBuilder21 okay I finally managed to take the screenshots. It took me a really long time, but I think they turned out ok. I will say that if there's still somehow something I'm missing (very possible) it might make more sense for you to just take the picture yourself, as other than the thumbnail, other images don't really affect how many upvotes you get. Anyway, here is the link.
@USSNJ ok I finally got my preset uploaded, it's available here. Just drop that into your C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SimplePlanes and it should show up in Reshade in game.

Send me the small one and I'll scale and upload it as unlisted, maybe even take some screenshots for you. Then you can upload the small one, download the xml file from mine and use it to update the small one you posted. Complicated, but it would work.
Also, I don't doubt my laptop can handle it, I ran the yamato one time as a frame of reference.
@SunnyOmori it being pirated could cause the issue, but I kinda doubt it. Maybe try to contact the devs at this link, they might be able to help you out. Also, if anything, newer versions of the game should be better optimized.
@USSNJ oh ok if you really want it I can send you a link via Google drive or something, I would recommend building out your own preset in the meantime though.
I might clarify just a bit, this is a forum related to a specific video game about building airplanes. If you’re looking for someone to volunteer to just redraw a drawing in a different file format, this is probably not a good place to look. Mainly just because most people here are below the age of 20, and aren’t likely to be equipped with CAD knowledge or software.
@TheAviator77 this thing is eight years old. That was a very long time ago. Before fuselage slicing. Before the VR update. Before almost everything.
+10@RepublicOfCursedPlanes i think it's actually more expensive to buy all of the content packs seperately...

+6@Benett123 ah ok I looked it up, it actually looks really good XD
I assume this is some Roblox game?
Spend real money on it, you'll get rich immediately.
get rid of the cockpit and this should meet the requirements. it has missiles but not flares, so it shouldn't really be that hard to shoot down.
Edit: here is one without the cockpit.
@PlaneFlightX now that right there is quite impressive.
+1That's crazy. Welcome back.
+1It is possible. I might as well try making it, it probably wouldn't work very well though.
+1Here's some ideas:
Aircraft control tower
Gas Station (for cars, it would also be possible to make it work)
A Starbucks
Idk how well conventional VR games would work on Vision pro since it doesn't have controllers or anything.
