@JelloAircraftCorporation and by the way, it is possible that it is a modified An-26. There's plenty of them sitting around Europe, and I guess a small aerospace company would be able to easily afford one for testing.
@asteroidbook345 from what I understand, it must be carrying a lot of heavy equipment in the nose, as that is the only way for it to be stable with the wings so much in front. I'd guess it is a drone, as they usually have the control computers sitting in the front, and there is also no cockpit or door apparent from the picture.
I do not want to give away my location.
But yes, where I live, it is normal to see weird flying machines.
It all started when I was rather young, with my father reporting unusual activity in the night sky.
We both came out on our balcony, and seen many static, yellow and white lights flying in what seemed to be a V formation.
My father told me that those could be air force transport planes, performing an exercise.
I remember the next day I was sitting on the balcony for many hours, hoping to catch a glimpse of the same event during daylight, but instead I have seen a strange flying machine shaped like a dragonfly, with two visible pairs of wings.
Since that day, I have always wanted to capture that machine on camera.
And last year, I did.
Here is the only picture of the machine me and my friends call "Dragonfly". It is very rare, and appears the least frequently out of all other strange planes I see:

By the way, we call the plane from before "The Jet", although there are no jet engines present on it...
Usually, when I show these pictures to other people, both irl and online, I get rejected with them saying that they are fake.
I hope at least this small community will accept them as not fake, but simply interesting.
I do not claim that they are some top secret military or even alien machines, I personally think that a local airplane manufacturer was just experimenting with innovative airplane designs and does not want others to copy.
I have no more pictures at the time, as most of them are scattered on my old notebook harddrive, which I will have to recover.
If I succeed, I will be sure to notify you.
I have seen such a plane many times, but captured it on camera only once. I have discussed it with a friend of mine who knows more about airplanes, and he pointed out that it looks like a crossbreed of the Avro Regional Jet and the ATR 72.
Where I live, there are many weird planes like that, I have several of them on pictures.
I have always presumed that maybe there is a research facility nearby that sends these planes out.
Many of those planes have two propeller engines and cross shapes, like the one I have posted before.
Here it is:

Now that I look at it, it is very different from the one you've seen.
It has more straight wings, but I still consider it weird, as I've never seen a plane like that before. No ATR or Bombardier turboprops have their wings placed so much in front.
I myself have photographed a plane very similar to the one you've drawn.
I will try to locate the picture, but can't promise anything as it may be on one of my old drives.
I've seen many strange aircraft around the place I live, which is not far from the Czech Republic.
