Year: 1960-1968
Aircraft First Flight: July 17 1962
Role: Airborne, Cargo Transport

Description:

The ADCW C-39 Equaliser was built in response to heightening tensions, changes in tactics, and advances in amphibious warfare.

Matching Vehicle:

EAMV Link

The C-39 Equaliser matching vehicle, also known as Equaliser Airborne Matching Vehicle, is a vehicle, meant for airborne troops, they're usually carried by 2nd accompanying aircraft.

Notes:

I forgot to reconfigure the wheels, the EAMV is immobile, to make it mobilised, go near the wheel in Sandbox - Creation Mode, connect 2 rear wheels individually as front is derived from landing gear.
The engine only produces 7HP, this is because during the testing, when the engine is at 50HP, the EAMV always flips over from the overpowered engine.
To make the EAMV drop off easy, i set select hollow fuselage blocks to have its aircraft collision disabled, to drop the EAMV, you'll have to fly the plane upside down, then, activate 4, if the EAMV doesn't come out, pitch down (up in upside down) and pitch up (down in upside down) back in forth.

Activation Groups:

AG1: Cargo Door
AG2: EAMV engine on/strobes
AG3: EAMV Parachute
AG4: EAMV Separation
