Diesel CHME3 (read: CME-three) - Czechoslovak shunting locomotive with electric transmission
Diesel Series CHME3 and modifications of 1520 mm gauge railways arrived at the former Soviet Union, where they became one of the most common series of shunting locomotives. Most of them came into the ownership of the major rail carriers in these countries, the other part - the ownership of various industrial enterprises.
