An Anomaly taking the form of a huge silver sphere with several rings and light spheres orbiting around it.

being one of the first cases of not just a massive, but a SUPERmassive anomaly and the only one of it's kind up until the manifestation of the anomaly [REDACTED] in 20XX, UNAP(United Nation Anomaly Protection) was put in a rather difficult spot by the [REDACTED_FEDERATION] to quickly assess the anomaly to acertain it's GA status so the goverment can reassure the public that they do not need to evacuate the city that the anomaly has manifested on.

naturally this was easier said much more than done, the high-altitude nature of the Anomaly really didn't help as UNAP does not have an equipment that could ever reach that high altitudes, so UNAP issued the High-Altitude Research Unmanned Aerial Vehicle or HARUAV Program in an attempt to quickly assess the volatility of the Anomaly and in that meanwhile the [REDACTED_FEDERATION] now finally issued an evacuation order along with quarantine of the entire city.

when the HARUAV Program was finally finished in a very short timeframe of just shy of five months, UNAP immediately deployed it with RED-32(Research and Evaluation Division 32nd) "Strogonov" which then caused an incident(not of the operator's fault) when the UAV had stopped responding to control inputs when it was flying close to one of the rings to inspect it.

after investigation on the incident and finally further research, the now dubbed "Silver Saturn" was declared a non-GA Anomaly and in need of no containment and the [REDACTED_FEDERATION] finally lifted the quarantine and allowed citizens to come back to their home and daily lives.

now the "Silver Saturn", or "Atomic Saturn", is commonly known as the [REDACTED_CITYNAME] skypiece, even becoming the city's eventual Coat-of-Arms in 20XX with pride and joy, which is also celebrated yearly with festivities!

P.S. it slightly glows in the dark... or i guess i uhh... well just think of like moonlight but a bit brighter!! that's how they live now.
