The MP-41 Blizzard!

In stark contrast to the B-984, the scariest enemies aren’t the large imposing ones who barge in at full force, but the small hunters who keep themselves hidden until it’s already too late… for you.

The MP-41 "Blizzard" was one of the many early jets of the Red V Green war, built by the infamous yet mysterious Blue Team. With a cold color scheme, but four hot guns, the Blizzard proved adept at fighting enemies over Snowstone, scoring kills against even some of the fiercest opponents, bringing down enemies like the P-12B, P-2D, A-23B, and B-4A. Don't think Green was the only victim though, Red lost plenty of F-1Ds, B-31Bs, P-32s, even monsters like the titan B-984 Fearsome or supposed "Blizzard Killer" F-2A Inferno proved no match for the mighty defender of Snowstone. The MP-41 saw extensive use throughout the war, and with that incredibly high success, defeating almost anyone who got in its way while taking only 352 losses. That might seem like a high number, but that is staggeringly low when considering not only the length of the Red V Green War (it was very long, Blue Team got involved within the first 10th of the war), but also when you consider the losses of other fighters of the Red V Green War; the P-12B took a total of 9,335 losses, the P-32 took a total of 12,608 losses, and the F-2A took 13,991. Yes, they made a lot of planes in the Red V Green War, the least produced plane (to leave the experimental phase and/or be put into service during the Red V Green War), the B-984, still had 15,000 copies made.

Lore facts aside (sort of), let's talk about the actual, playable plane itself.

The MP-41 runs on a single Retvyon JER88-4 Turbothrottle engine, this one turbine alone allows the Blizzard to reach a constant top speed of about 1700 mph, making it the fastest plane at the time of Red V Green (time period), excluding several experimental aircraft, including the YMP-41 and YMP-40, and of course the fastest plane to actually enter service in the Red V Green War itself. Even in the later stages, the Blizzard was still one of the fastest aircraft around, beaten only by its own derivatives such as the MP-42 Whiteout or MP-43 Subzero.
The MP-41 sports a white-and-celeste-blue color scheme, allowing it to easily blend in with the cold environment of Snowstone. Although the SimplePlanes AI will detect you in a heartbeat, in reality the MP-41 was almost impossible to see coming. It also sports four guns, uniquely though the original only has two. The Blizzard also has a single explosive munition. This can be exchanged for a fuel tank, albeit not shown here, but just remember that.
Lastly, the MP-41 has lights placed around it on the wingtips, simply press AG8 to turn them off.

That's basically it. I've been yapping, haven't I? Oh well.

Happy hunting!

Well congrats, here's two cookies, there's an🍪ther batch later 🍪n.

Fun Facts, because they wouldn't be fun if we didn't love them:
-
-The MP-41 is considered one of the most iconic aircraft of Red V Green
-The Blizzard was initially strictly designed to fight at and defend Snowstone, but it was so lethal to enemies that it would ultimately be used all around the world where it would see close to equal success.
-The MP-41 is based off of the F-86D/L/K.
-Most pictures show the MP-41 at night, this isn't a coincidence, they were often operated at night, not only because that's often when bigger raids commenced, but also because Blue wanted to send a message by showing that their fighters could win a battle any day, any time.
