Hansa Brandenburg W.29

4,397 ALMIGHTYFRIDGE  4.1 years ago

probably the last edition to my WWI series, and yes i know i said i was going to put a more realistic interior in it but it turned out to small and im lazy :) Does have small wheels on the floats so you can land on land. Ag1 and yaw to move rear gun left/right vtol for up/down

Nice build of an interesting subject...I’ve always been fascinated by the Hansa W.29...I’m sure it didn’t turn quite so tightly in RL, but it’s certainly fun without being overly ridiculous.

    Thank you so much @Tang0five
I could probably find some more obscure airplanes that I could replicate if you wanted

We just don’t see enough of Hansa on this site. Amongst the endless Mig/F-something-or-rather/Me/McBoeingBus(es) this is a most refreshing breeze and I salute you! Handlings a little sharp I feel - you gotta factor in there’s two huge drag inducing pontoons underneath. This thing would merely bimble about the skies but that’s something by the by. For a silver user this is an excellent build!
