Hello!

Welcome to the Christmas Challenge!!!

Setting: It is the last month of the year, you are a brilliant engineer elf at Santa’s workshop. He decided that those pesky anti-maskers were a bit too naughty this year, and he needs your help to develop a super weapon, because coal is starting to fall out of style. You have 2 paths of decision. Can you build the best machine?

So, about those 2 paths. You have either air, or ground.
Air is for planes, helicopters, stuff that flies.
Ground is for tanks, trucks, boats, stuff that doesn’t fly.
You must choose your way (NO SWITCHING!)

Air Rules
Must have a wingspan of at least 20ft(roughly 6 meters for...anyone but USA)
Must have an internal storage area, with enough room to fit 6 passengers comfortably.
Has to be a successor of this post.
Santa’s workshop is quite expendable, so part limit is 3,000.
Must have an average speed of 300mph(483kph)
Must have some form of weaponry.

Ground Rules
Size limit of 50ft(15m) tall.
Minimum speed of 30mph(48kph)
Maximum speed of 120mph(193kph)
Must be successor.
Must have an internal area for 6 people to sit comfortably.
Same part limit as air.
Must also have weaponry.

Extra Rules
No mods except XML.
Must be Christmas theme.
Have fun with it.

So, for this challenge, I wanted to try the engineer style. This will be a 3 stage challenge.

1st stage: Blueprints, don’t make them, but think about what you want to make, and how. You will not show me.

2nd stage: Prototype, make an all fuselage/block prototype of you build, you don’t need fancy ness, just a simple replica. showing me this is optional, but provide the link if you do.

3rd stage: Final Build, this is where you put everything on, all the bells and whistles, landing gears, paints, you get the picture, this is mandatory to show me, your final one is what I will score.

Scoring
/100: Looks, does it look good? Are there any features?
/100: Performance, how does it perform? Is the speed and mobility good?
/250: Description, is it detailed? Does it include everything?
/25: Pictures, are there any pictures? Background? Interesting angles of view?
You can have a maximum score of 475 points!

So, you might think that this is complicated, but the rewards are WORTH IT!
1st Place: 5 Upvotes on 20 builds
2nd Place: 30 Upvotes
3rd Place: Spotlight if possible and 10 upvotes
