The M-118 rail rocket cannon is one of the many weapons developed by Troja Security Systems under the Continuum Grand Admiral's supervision. Rail rocket systems are one of the cheapest starship-grade weapons available, with the weapon consisting of rocket launchers strapped with electromagnetic rails. While rail rocket cannons have low damage output compared to other starship-grade weapons, they are very useful in stripping away the armor plating of its targets, especially when used en masse. The M-118 is a further refinement of that idea, with an onboard ammunition nanofactory and capacitor banks for use on both land and space engagements.
