Supermarine Spitfire Vb Mk.1

Supermarine Spitfire variants powered by early model Rolls-Royce Merlin engines mostly utilised single-speed, single-stage superchargers. The British Supermarine Spitfire was the only Allied fighter aircraft of the Second World War to fight in front line service from the beginnings of the conflict, in September 1939, through to the end in August 1945. Post-war, the Spitfire's service career continued into the 1950s.

Payloads

Default Mk-Ia
×8 7.7mm Browning .303 Mark II (2,400 rounds)

Mk-Ib
×4 7.7mm Browning .303 Mark II (1,200 round), 20mm Belt-fed HS.404 Hispano (240 rounds)

Mk-Ic
×2 Drum-fed 20mm HS.404 Hispano (120 rounds)

Notes:

•The Spitfire's pitch is very sensitive at mid/high speed turns, so be careful not to induce tip stall when in a high-aspect turn

•To add a little realism, the guns have a 1-3 second cooldown, so they dont overheat and jam up, the cooldown time depends on the variant you select, the Drum-fed 20mm of the Ic having the longest cooldown of 3 seconds.

•Another realism edition is the engine starving itself in negative G. (AI pilots beware!)

IMPORANT NOTE!!! All the guns have converging paths, the point where each wing intersect is ~320m (0.2mi) from the aircraft. Keep that in mind when engaging in a dogfight.

Thanks for downloading, and I hope you Enjoy!

@SuperSuperTheSylph accounting for the on,off,on,off system, "0.1,0.1" is a dot, "0.3,0.1" is a dash, and "0.5" is the spaces in between words.

@VigilantEyes also....is it in Morse code?
i found in light's blink program many numbers, most prominent being 0.1 and 0.3,so i think that is . and - respectively
idk what is 0.5 and 0.8
    maybe space?

@SuperSuperTheSylph I dont really remember what it is, but one of its purposes is as a Signal lamp, apparently the pilot can control it and transmit Morse code with it, thats what it does in game, try and figure out what it says :3

(Just looked it up, apparently its called the "Formation/Recognition lamp.")
