In military rings around the world, rumors sometimes surface of a clandestine PMC, catering only to the wealthiest and most affluent clients. So rarely do they surface on the international radar that some have speculated their work must be attributed to interlinked terrorist cells, and that such a group could not exist. Operating with weapons and technologies that seem to be decades ahead of their time, there are few pieces of evidence that even begin to suggest to existence of this shadow group. For reasons unclear, this organization has come to be known as Horizon’s Wrath.

This rifle is one of those few piece of evidence. Recovered by Russian SVR, many details of its discovery have been permanently redacted. The firearm is unbranded, and does not have any identifying features such as serial numbers. Though the barrel is quite long, the entire weapon weighs less than 2 pounds, and is composed of an unknown composite. Only 3 rounds were ever recovered, in a similarly unknown caliber and composition. Russian specialists speculate it to be a sniper rifle, though the lack of a scope contrasts this idea.
