Couple things I learned from this design:
You can design an incredible racer, but the AI will always butcher it's handling.
I completely under estimated other's designing skills.
I learned about editing the deflection angles on control surfaces to maximize precision.
I have an idea on what techniques will enable the AI to handle a racer better.
NO this is NOT a copy of Black Mamba as some particular person wants to claim. This is completely built from scratch.

That's weird. It's not doing that for me.
If you click auto credit it brings you to the race plane, and then if you do it again, it brings you here. If you keep pressing it, you loop here to the other one endlessly, at least for me anyway. @JohnnyBoythePilot

My racer was taken out in the 4th bracket. It crashed 2 times in the exact same turn/spot on the track. It kept crashing at the second sharp turn, which is really strange because I specifically design Black Phantom to make the sharp turns on the course. Either way it didn't matter because had Black Phantom survived to the end, Presto would easily beat it.
I just find it's crashes really strange, and it was very reliable on my PC.
i just ran your phantom againt my smokey. you won, we both finished 1:24. its funny, this final version of my plane had very good reliability, im interested to see the video and how it crashed.

I think it was EarthwormJim but during the twitch live stream of the race, when my racer started it's first match, when he saw my racer, he suggested Black Phantom should be reported for looking like Black Mamba by Tully2001. I told him it's completely built from scratch and I didn't copy anyone. Also thanks!
I like how you put up your lessons learned. I learned i am not a modder :-O lol. i went out in 1st round. nice plane Johnny
