Well, nowadays, diseases and disorders like diabetes and cardiovascular disease, chronic respiratory diseases, and cancers, driven by factors such as unhealthy diets, physical inactivity, and pollution. Mental health conditions are also becoming more prevalent, with more people seeking help and receiving diagnoses for conditions like depression and anxiety. Neurological disorders and autoimmune diseases are also seeing an increasing global burden. However, to combat them, sufficient number of hospitals are not being constructed primarily due to funds. Other reasons include lack of space, poor economic conditions, lack of education which reduces the motivation for people to go to the hospital for medical needs. These are generally found in many regions of Africa, and some regions of Asia. To combat this, NHTHREEEMPIRE has come up with a solution of usage of Flying Hospitals which will go around the world to treat patients and cure their diseases and/or disorders. The solution is represented by VXT-1H Flying Hospital Aircraft which can hold upto 300 patients and 350 super specialized doctors and well trained nurses. This aircraft is equipped with the best suspension systems and a high turbulence proof aircraft body for maximum comfort for the patients. Other than treating patients, NHTHREEEMPIRE's flying hospital service also provides advanced Medical training for other doctors and nurses. This medical service collaborates with the hospitals of a specific region for the needs of the patients and also to help the injured in case of a natural or artificial calamities or disasters in a specific region. Currently, we have a 5-6 of these Flying Hospitals ready to jump into action with another 5-6 under construction. We plan to make around a 100 of these aircrafts. Also, let me tell you that, we shall never take any charges or money from anybody through this work, i.e, this service is free of cost as we want to help humanity live happily. Now, for the Manual for Operating This Giant Behemoth, AG1 - Left Engine On/Off, AG2 - Right Engine On/Off, AG3 - VTOL System On/Off, AG4 - All Wheel Steering System On/Off, AG5 - Gyroscope System On/Off. Note:- During Takeoff Procedures, Throttle at 100% and on Air, Throttle at 50% or less than 50% is sufficient enough. But Throttle Procedures are up to you to decide.
