Hello, dear colleagues! I've been thinking about writing some descriptions in the style of a Wiki-like article. I also wanted to say that this is the first time I've done a lot of this, like the chassis, so I hope you'll understand and forgive me) All right, let's move on to the aircraft.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1 – Afterburner
2 – Canopy
3 – Catapult

The LMI-1 (LMI stands for Legkiy Mnogotselevoy Istrebitel (Лёгкий Многоцелевой Истребитель), or "Light Multirole Fighter"), also known as the "Bibolet" (just a random, funny word), is a light, single-engine, subsonic and limited supersonic, multirole tactical fighter that can also serve as a light, short-range bomber and limited CAS (Close Air Support) aircraft. It was developed and adopted by the Air Force of [author has not come up with a country name yet] in the early 1950s.

The aircraft is built with a conventional design for its time, featuring an all-metal monoplane with a mid-mounted, swept wing. The fuselage has a "pipe" design with a nose-mounted air intake divided by a central partition into two ducts that run on either side of the cockpit. The cockpit is located in the forward part of the fuselage, providing a good field of view. The fuel tank is immediately behind it, near the center of mass. The engine is located in the rear fuselage with a tailpipe that extends to the end of the aircraft. The wing has a moderate sweep and houses the retractable main landing gear. The empennage is cruciform, with the horizontal stabilizer mounted on the vertical stabilizer.
Despite its classification as a fighter, the design emphasizes survivability, which allows the aircraft to be used effectively as a light ground-attack aircraft. The cockpit and main engine components are protected by steel armor plates from 6 to 10 mm thick, supplemented with anti-spall mats. The fuel tank is self-sealing and equipped with an inert gas (nitrogen) pressurization system to prevent explosions in case of damage.

The LMI-1 is powered by a single afterburning turbojet engine with an axial compressor.
Dry thrust: 30 kN
Afterburner thrust: 45 kN

The internal armament consists of two 30-mm automatic cannons, located in external fairings on the nose of the fuselage for ease of maintenance. The ammunition load is 70 rounds per gun. The aircraft has six underwing hardpoints for various missile, bomb, or external fuel tank loads. The two inner pylons are rated for a load of up to 250–300 kg each. They can carry external fuel tanks or bombs (e.g., one 250-kg bomb or two 100-kg bombs on a special rack). The four outer pylons are designed for lighter weapons weighing up to 100 kg each, such as unguided rockets or small-caliber bombs.

Flight Performance Characteristics:
Takeoff speed: ~180-200 km/h
Cruising speed: ~750-800 km/h
Maximum speed at 5300 m: Mach 1.27
Service ceiling: [Not measured]
