I didn't want to finish this because it would be too hard because the car has no space in it so its hard to place anything inside but i managed to do it so now it has propulsion in the water. ag 1 to use on normal terrain (you might want to make it 4 wheel drive its easy) and ag 2 and vtol up to use on water. The water mode will bring your wheels up and activate the vtol engine so that you can move on the water. Because it is so small and its a water vehicle it doesent control very well so feel free to make it better if you want to.
