The F-14JS Kai Samurai-cat is the Rikunian exported variant of the Osean ASF-14D Advanced Tomcat Project. After the decision to use the Super Hornet for the Osean Navy, Osea gave away its blueprints to the Empire of Rikune.

The F-14JS Kai is mainly used for Anti-ship and Air Defense in the Pacific aboard the Japanese supercarrier IJN Akagi II. With with a kill ratio of 25/0, the F-14JS Kai has become a favorite among the Asamian pilots in the battle against the Intruders.
There have been rumors that a secret project was underway at the Asami Isles, called Project Keiko. But this has been denied multiple times. F-14JS pilots are known to commonly fly with the Anima-developed fighters such as Eagle and Viper Zero on combat missions.

The F-14JS is armed with to pods armed with 8AAM's as well as 4 AA-4 type missiles for self defense. The airframe has been made with more lighter materials, so the F-14JS can excel in a turn-fight.

The F-14JS is currently not being exported so that the Intruders don't get a hold of its valuable tech. Squadrons can be called upon to support allies from the Akagi if needed.
