The RTD 70 Quartz is the first stealth tank developed by storm industires as a technology demonstrator for the millitary. It got it's nickname from the fact that It's as transparent as quartz on a radar screen thanks to it's radar absorbing paint, and it even has flares to disrupt heat seeking missiles much like modern fighter jets. If the military approves of the design it will enter service next year, and will be a game changer for the army

Only recommendation I have for future tonks, if you know how to use XML sink the turret/rotator into the hull and remove the hull collisions
