HISTORY :
It was a jet fighter developed in the Soviet Union by Artiom Mikoyan and Mikhail I. Guriévich in 1947. It was one of the first successful arrow-wing jet fighters, and achieved great fame over the skies of Korea, where in the early stages of the Korean War, it outgunned all enemy straight-winged fighters during daytime fighting.

The MiG-15 also served as the starting point for the development of the more advanced MiG-17 that remained an effective threat to American supersonic fighters over North Vietnam in the 1960s.

The MiG-15 is considered to have been the aircraft. jet engine in history, with more than 12,000 manufactured. Licensed production outside of the Soviet Union (Czechoslovakia, China and Poland) perhaps brought the total to more than 18,000 aircraft.

The MiG-15 is often mentioned alongside the North American F-86 Saber on the charts. among the best fighters of the Korean War and compared to fighters of other times.

if you find it difficult with the cannons use this mig

Guys, the plane has a stamina of 7.5 G, if you go too fast and try to turn sharply the control surfaces will crash, the plane is agile between 400 and 650 KM / H

IDK but the eagle in the thumbnail I think is more related to BDR (West Germany) than DDR(East Germany)

    Nice build nonetheless

Pretty good, actually. Acceleration , turning and roll performance from my brief flight on mobile all seem realistic. Yup, cannons are difficult to impossible to use air to air...SP’s limitation, not your fault, though I do understand there is a workaround. Construction is good, nice use of triangles and intakes for the wings. Nice build, good flight model.

Cool plane but the roundel on the left is facing the wrong way. The East German roundel always starts with the black to the left.

Why are you using the West German coat of arms on an East German MiG-15?

I like the fact that it can't roll and pitch at the same time
