Auto Credit Based on Ian1231100's Latios
Backstory:
In response to the rising threat brought by Team Magma and Team Aqua, the Defense Bureau of the Hoenn Region teamed up with Silph Co. to develop an air superiority fighter. The result is the HF-381 Latios, a sub-sonic but extremely agile prototype jet that can perform sharp turns and tight evasive maneuvers with ease.

@Ian1231100 Actually I've always seen lusamine as the kind of person who would drive a Mercedes-Benz SLS-AMG in white, while the Branch cheif faba drives a Mercedes G63 6x6 and the grunts drove 4x4 G wagons.

@Ian1231100 You know, I've always wanted to build military vehicles for all the villanous teams of pokemon. Maybe battlships and submarines for Team Magma and Aqua, or maybe armoured mercedes G wagons for the Aether Foundation's "peacekeeping" missions.
