Auto Credit Based on DestinyAviation's DSR-76 "Silent Death" Sniper Rifle

The ARC-50 Plasma Sniper Rifle is the standard anti-Infantry and Material sniper rifle. It has the ability to shoot in all environments including space. As well as a hyper advanced scope that can pick out a fire fly from a spotlight. It uses a 50 bolt plasma cartridge as well as an ion discharger at the end of the barrel, designed to launch the plasma bolt to a velocity that can even penetrate some tanks. Enjoy!

Thank you DestinyAviation for letting me use the frame work!

@MemeKingIndustriesAndMegaCorporation yeah, but the difference is very minimal

@TemDesBur At some point it will give more Penetration, because in the end, you're really just making something move super fast at something else, causing more damage than just throwing something at the target.

@PyrusEnderhunter this velocity doesn't affect the damage or penetration... right? @Pilotmario

@TemDesBur the bolts used are surrounded by a mollecular coating. Giving it velocity.

velocity of a plasma bolt is only useful if you want to make it easier to hit something, it doesn't do more damage when moving faster due to the fact the damage of a plasma round is purely chemical, this also applies to shaped charge/HEAT/HE/HESH rounds
