@SPS13 Yes, on mobile the pitch and roll are a bit linked. (I know because I had a Kindle but it has recently passed R.I.P.)
I like to make them activated by different Act.
For example: Red Harvest
I find that on mobile roll works fine for traverse, but pitch and roll like to move at the same time. Or your gun will do the same thing as if they were both set to VTOL @SteadfastContracting
It's nice but, I have to go with @SPS13 on this one. pitch and roll are too unreliable; especially for PC users like me.

I would recommend VTOL for the turret elevation using action groups, I have found that pitch doesn't work to well. I like it though.
