Auto Credit Based on Awsomur's Experimental Air-Ground Unit (Car Plane)

The successor to the Expirmental Air-Ground Unit. The craft now has improved horizontal stabilizers and a bouyant fuselage (though it is not meant for sea travel). Please report any bugs, flukes or general feedback in the comments below. The activation groups are the same as before, plus Group 4 for a parachute.

    It's because the propellers are too long. If I shortened them though, the plane would be slower. I might try a Mk.III someday that can do that. Thanks for the upvote as well! @horizoneer
