G's are made to be pulled.
*Allegedly.
Hence the name "Turner,"
the Red Turner A is a jet designed for, sure enough, turning. Built with maneuverability in mind, one can consider the Red Turner A to be the peak-performance dogfighter of the SCOURGE aerial army, outmaneuvering almost any aircraft on both enemy and allied sides. If turning alone isn't enough, it also has some of those fancy Calliope missiles, which the SCOURGE stole at some point earlier on.
However, it's not without its disadvantages, most notably being slower than other Scourge jets. It also uses regular auto-cannons, as opposed to the gatling guns seen on many Scourge Jet fighters like the Opponent or Rival.
A couple more unique things about the Turner:
-As of right now, it has seen less combat operations than any other Scourge Jets.
-It is, among the mass-produced units, the second least numerous Scourge Jet at only 8,500 units, the only one below it being the Red Dragon at 6,000 units.
-However, such low numers are more interesting in the Turner's case: it is a member of the "original five," the only five jet types which The SCOURGE had in production when the war started. On the other hand, the Dragon is both a fairly new and large addition to the SCOURGE's inventory, being the biggest, heaviest, and most-recently-revealed jet which the SCOURGE aims to mass-produce (given that the Red Warpath and Terminator, which were revealed after the Dragon, seem to be much more limited-production units, with the Terminator sitting at 12 units right now, and the Warpath only 1).

Fun Fact: Technically, the Turner is the 6th Scourge Jet posted, seeing as we had the Red Opponent C, D, Red Eliminator, Interceptor, and Dash-Strike first. But the Turner can still be considered the fifth Scourge Jet because:
1. The Red Opponent D is just Red Opponent C but better, as is Red Opponent C just the unreleased Red Opponents A/B but better. Different variants, one family.
2. Even then, the Opponent D was made after the Turner, I just released C and D at the same time for order lol
you know any captured SCOURGE (I don't know how to do that thing with the text) aircraft you got can I have a good look at them (or if many of the same variant was captured and you are willing to give a unit or two to me) to study and see if I can rip tech off of the jet to improve mine?
