[About Focke-Wulf FW190 D-9]

Wikipedia
The Focke-Wulf FW190 D-9 was a single-engine, single-seat fighter operated by the German Luftwaffe during World War II.
Developed as an auxiliary fighter to the mainstay Bf-109 fighter, the FW190 was completed as an excellent fighter and performed beyond expectations.
However, the FW190 also had a weakness. That is its high-altitude performance. The BMW 801 engine, equipped with only a single-stage, two-speed turbocharger, experienced a sudden drop in power output after reaching an altitude of over 6,000m.When Allied fighter planes equipped with two-stage, two-speed turbochargers began to appear, it became impossible to compete with them.
In 1942, the plan was put into motion and several prototypes were built. Of these, the model equipped with the Jumo 213A-1 liquid-cooled 12-cylinder engine was officially adopted and designated the D-9 "Dora".
The nose of the D-9 was extended to accommodate the long, horizontal liquid-cooled engine and annular radiator. Because of its appearance, it was also called the "long-nosed Dora". The rear fuselage was extended and the vertical tail was extended. The engines were equipped with the MW50 power intensifier, which temporarily increased their output to 2,240 hp. However, although this was an improvement over the A series, it still lacked high-altitude performance.
It is said that the D-9 began to be deployed in actual combat around November 1944, and although it outperformed the Type A, it came on the scene too late. At this time, Germany had few experienced pilots and was short of supplies, so the D-9's performance could not be fully exploited. It is said that about 750 D-9s were produced by the end of the war.

[About the work]
The cockpit is roughly reproduced.
I have not verified this because I do not have Simple Planes VR. Sorry.
