Ya 13z was firstly developed and tested in 2012, Giyanaba Airforce needed a New 2 Seated Jet that can used as a Trainer, fighter and Interceptor, so GAF Asked Yashkov Airco,, to make it, and it took 1 Years to fully develop it and that's how Ya 13z was made.
