Most of the new changes are Cosmetic, Like the Bubble Frames, Rudder Linkages and additions/mods to the Paddle Wheel, Now with double the part count of V2.
Controls
VTOL Down to dive.
Throttle to go.
Yaw For steering.
AG1 for Augmented Steering.
Roll Rotates Periscope.
Pitch Raises and lowers the Laser Cannonn angle.
Trim Rotates Underwater Acustic Listening Device (horn on the botom).
