Here is some history
In June of 2004, Marvin Heemeyer heavily armored a buldozer and used it to conduct a rampage in Granby, Colorado because he was humiliated by the people in Granby after he lost in court to move a concrete business out from in front of his muffler business. He damaged many buildings, and ended up dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident became known as the "Killdozer rampage."
