F-59 "Vortexclaw" (Crown of Doom Entry)

This took long enough...

About the plane:

The F-59 "Vortexclaw" is a 6th generation stealth VTOL fighter. It is optimized to be capable of both air superiority and ground strike capabilities. This craft is a colab between TheMouse (that's me lol) TheUltimatePlaneLover, and Karroc9522, but more about that later. This plane has many features that are sure to make you want to purchase it soon... sorry, I am literally becoming a car salesman...

The design:

This plane was designed to have a long area within the fuselage, designed by TUPL. This allows the plane to have much less detectable exhaust via heat-seeking missiles.
The forward swept wings allow for even more maneuverability especially at higher speeds, while still remaining quite stable even at low speeds.
This also allowed the plane to remove some of the weight that a comparable fighter (such as the f35) must have, as it did not need to have an extra jet(s) near the front of the plane to keep it stable during takeoff; the center of mass is almost perfectly balanced directly over the center of thrust during takeoff, meaning that the plane will experience very little tipping during a vertical takeoff. Additionally, the plane has a small gyroscope to ensure that there is absolutely no wiggling during takeoff.
The camouflage pattern was modeled after the livery in the su57, and while it may not be the most part efficient, it certainly looks very cool, and seems to break up the outline nicely.

VR:

This... had some issues at first with VR because apparently we cannot use flip, rocker, or pivot type buttons in VR. However, Karroc had a quick fix for this, and I updated the XML on this, so you should be downloading the updated version with this post now. If you want to download the old version, (challenge judges, this is for you) click here for the unlisted with the original version. Fortunately, there were not a ton of changes to make (just moving and changing out some parts) so it should all work well now.

Weapons:

57mm cannon (4x)

These I have found to be quite useful for attacking ships or large planes. However, they take a good pilot to be useful against smaller targets.

Miniguns (2x)

These actually are better than the cannons for small ground targets, as they have a almost constant stream of fire.

Flares

These are not weapons, who added them to the description anyway???

FRCM S-25M missile (12x)

These multirole missiles are the main weapon for the F-59, and for good reason. While their explosion may not be the largest, they are quick to fire, and have a nice long range, and can be used on anything from a mosquito that has been annoying you for too long, to the Yamato itself.

Challenge:

This build is an entry into the Crown Of Doom challenge by RestlessGalaxies.

Credit:

While the post may have been made by me, this build was fully a team effort by me and my friends TheUltimatePlaneLover and
Karroc9522. You can specifically thank Karroc for the awesome cockpit he built, and TUPL for much of the main body work, but none of this would exist without all of us working together.
Also, we must be sure to credit windshifter1 for the awesome reshade screenshots (at least that's what my lawyer says...)
On the topic of the screenshots, credit to GhostTeam2 for their CV-16 LiaoNing Aircarft carrier mod, which was used in several of the screenshots.
And for the cockpit interior, there are two hud displays that were created by a friend of Karroc’s who does not want to be named here, but allowed us to use them.
Finally, I must credit PlaneFlightX for helping me with some code for the plane.

Ok, fixed that issue, it should be fully controllable from the cockpit now.
Mind checking it out for VR again please?
    Thanks so much.

@TheMouse it does indeed go to the new version. I knew adding new color groups to the switches was a good idea lol. Ig we see if we can VR-inate it now

Hey, I tried updating the XML. Did it work for you? When you download it, do you get the new one, with the VR fix? Or the old one.

I don't think I will do a whole repost. If it works, I will just update the xml. (If I can figure out how to lol)

@TheMouse basically I do have that. The entire panel of just switches I can change a bit. Example would be the ones that are 3 switches, I can take 1 and make it engines

Yes, so they look nice, but have nothing controlled by them.
Although if you make them random its kind of hard to keep track of which is which, I like to keep all the ones that do stuff in a single area.

@TheMouse So just remove AGs from the ones that don't work for VR, put it in the description, then it should be good?

    @Karroc9522
    I would think so.
If you want to keep the switches, and just add other ones to work, so it still looks cool, do take a screenshot like I have here (in the instructions section), to show which switches work, and which are just for looks. That one got curated all right.
