This is Beriev Be-200 "Altair". It can take off from water and land on it quite well. When you fly, the nose will turn down, so i decided to make a?n all-moving stabilizator to compensate this effect. After take-off you just need to turn it very little, so this problem's solved. Besides, this model has another problem, when you fly, it turns right (I don't know why :) ). I did all my best to delete this effect, but i couldn't solve it.
