The Mil Mi-30 is a soviet concept helicopter,this project from the 90's is for a tilt rotor helicopter like the V-22 and Mil mi response was the Mil-30 this have had 3 variant i D,L,S, i thint this is the L variant made for tactica transport whit a longer cabin mw t to carry araund 40-50 soldiers or some Light Veiches but despite the tactica advance this heli was scrapped due to insufficient budget,technological difficulties and the Soviet Union collapse.
