This is a Rotary Valve Cornet. Hold the brake and switch ag 1-3 to move the rotary valves. I have also made and posted the instruments british duty bugle, bass trumpet, trumpet, trombone, field bugle, serpent, pocket trumpet and a flugelhorn. Dont know what a rotary valved cornet is? The cornet (/'k??rn?t/,[1] US: /k??r'n?t/) is a brass instrument similar to the trumpet but distinguished from it by its conical bore, more compact shape, and mellower tone quality. The most common cornet is a transposing instrument in B?, though there is also a soprano cornet in E?. Both are unrelated to the renaissance and early baroque cornett.
