Gold Prix Record? Car 3

No Mods, no downforce, just plain rubber and game physics keeping this car going 401mph throughout the course. Anyways, this is the exact same viechle as Gold Prix Record Car 2, but with the control scheme altered so that trim accelerates the engines while the game-throttle-control can be used for breaks. This is a simple, mobile creation by an ameture, casual player, so it is not intended to be taken seriously design-wise. I just thought it was cool to make a pure vanilla car that could easily go sub-30s on Gold Prix.

I am not 100% positive if this is the current record for Gold Prix (for all specifications/classes), but I was able get a lap-time of 28 seconds. Whatever the case, I have yet to hear of any other viechle getting 28 seconds. With better driving optimization, I predict someone could get the lap time down to 27 seconds with this viechle. But down to 26 seconds, that seems impossible and therfore the limit to this chassis/design.

As for how to approach the course with the car, keep full speed until hitting the 19 second mark. At that time, you will encounter the major turn right after the "Proving Grounds" prism formation. Just barley tap the brakes at that turn (less than 0.1 seconds) to successfully clear it. Then, keep full speed at the next turn, but heavily apply brakes as needed at the last few sharp turns (22seconds-finish) to lower car speed enough to aggressively take the twists.

Important note: do not leave the track while lapping, unless you want to fly to the Moon and outcompete NASA.
