The Conegsreich Republic as a country needed a navy, in response the tech association came up with the design of the "Genesis" class destroyer. named "Genesis" because of the lead developer's religious beliefs. it comes with the following:

the carrier is 3/4 the length, and the science ship is the length o a football field

Ah, just keep them small for story purposes, no bigger than the Deutschland, it wouldn't make sense for you to suddenly have the tech to build very big.
