Probably not road legal, but it is road friendly - just not to other cars. It's actually meant to be a drag racer (it's my first full on attempt at a drag racer, pls giv adveise), so corners aren't accounted for. It can turn, but likely a turn of winning.
It has a slight lean to the left if you start at 100% throttle.
Controls:

Roll steers
Trim is throttle
Use brake lightly, open parachute before braking.
