Do a Doolittle!!
Use Yaw to adjust the direction slightly to avoid collision with the bridge.
Then accelerate with the control stick pulled back and hold it until the aircraft is clear of the water and fully aloft.
DONE!

@CC1010 There is a time lag on the pitch.
so advisable to keep pulling on the stick before accelerating.
Trim was not necessary in my environment.
*my physic setting is High.
Here are the steps I took
