Developed for the Army Air Corps to fill mulitple roles, this twin engined fighter saw action on both fronts, but was used extensively in the Pacific. Also flown by America's top ace Richard I. Bong, with 40 credited kills. VTOL operates flaps. I didn't include any drop tanks on this model, but the original was outfitted with two under the inner wing to significantly increase its range. Aw yes! This is a pretty good one.
Most of the planes were glossy, IDK why, maybe so they can blind enemies in the air. Maybe you can make it glossy
